To register, we need your email address.

You can complete your profile with personal information such as: country, city, education, experience, telephone numbers, guardian and some health-related information, only for your medical safety when you are in Colombian territory. For the treatment of this type of information the user is not obliged to give his authorization or consent. We will always ask explicitly and previously in the registration form what type of data is necessary.

We are committed to ensure that the processing of this type of data is carried out in accordance with the rights of children and adolescents. In this sense we will protect their special character, ensuring respect for their fundamental rights, as provided by Colombian Law in articles 5, 6 and 7 of Law 1581 of 2012, and in articles 6 and 12 of Decree 1377 of 2013. To comply with the above, the user must be of legal age.

The information presented here is for informational purposes only and relates to the 38th Triennial International Convention of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), also known as the International Federation of Women Lawyers (IFWL), which will be held in Cali, Colombia, November 4-8, 2024.

Registration

To access fidacon24.com and the Services we offer, we may ask you to provide certain registration or other information. You agree to: 

(a) provide true, accurate, current information about yourself and complete the Event Registration Form. We have a health field whose function is to take the necessary steps you request us to take to provide a better stay during the event.
(b) It is important to register because there is important information about the event that will be sent by email newsletters. Maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is not true, accurate, current and complete, or if FIDA Colombia Chapter has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is not true, accurate, current and complete, we shall have the right and responsibility to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current or future use of the Services (or any part thereof). You agree that any information you provide to register for the Services or otherwise, including but not limited to use of any interactive features, will be governed by our Privacy Policy and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(C) The information we send to make the payment will be sent by e-mail [email protected] and must be checked when the user sends the payment receipt, according to the Bank’s timetable.
(D) When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
